Criminal Justice

We are key data science partners in the Obama White House initiated Data-Driven Justice Initiative. Our work has involved working with jails, emergency medical response, mental health, social services, and other agencies in several jurisdictions including Johnson County (KS), Montgomery County (MD), Salt Lake County (UT), and Lake and McLean Counties (IL) to develop machine learning techniques that identify individuals who cycle through multiple public systems and inform efforts to provide them early assistance in order to keep them out of jail.
